My sexy spine

After using the red rope for the photos, we discovered that it doesn’t show up well against my skin. But the blue and white ropes look great. The colors contrast well plus we’ve got lots of blue accent props to use – scarves, guitars, and bandanas. The idea to create the white spine happened first thing in the morning. Well, second thing, after slow and gentle morning sex. (I’m thinking that there’s a relationship between orgasms and creativity … it clears the mind …) He got the idea, looked up how to tie the spine so it’s woven like a friendship bracelet, got the white rope, and started weaving it. Still in bed, and naked. I’m learning this quickly about Maestro – he’s doesn’t procrastinate at all. He gets an idea and starts doing it.

Once he practiced a bit, it didn’t take long to tie the spine on me like a framework for attaching the blue ropes around my arms. The hardest part about the shoot one was the anticipation. We were excited how the test photos with the blue rope turned out, and the creativity flowed from there. Multiple ropes, different colors, full body, props … we had days and days of designs we wanted to try. And having just my arms tied isn’t a difficult pose. I could still get up and wander around without messing up the ties too much. Plus it didn’t take too long, so no bathroom break problems. The only issue I have with the kneeling photos are my bad knees. I can’t kneel comfortably for that long, so yes, I was in pain for those photos. Luckily you can’t see the grimace on my face from behind! And hey, both of us were naked.
