Sexercise Tip #1 – Triceps

If you’re like me, you have non-existent triceps.

Maestro taught me a great way to give your triceps a workout. We figured I needed to work on them because I’m barely able to cock the little Colt air pistols we bought. (Why did we buy air pistols, you ask? Because what else would we use to shoot the Minions and little green army men off the make-shift range made of old IKEA boxes. LOL) Yeah, I know it’s designed for kids to shoot and I’m sure a 10 year old could kick my ass both in accuracy and strength, but I don’t think I’m alone out there with seriously underdeveloped upper arm muscles.

Now on to the workout details … (Disclaimer – all the usual stuff for any new workout. We’re all different so listen to your body. Don’t do anything to harm yourself and stop if you feel unwanted pain.) For your triceps workout, you need to be on top, straddling the person beneath you. Lean forward and place your hands about shoulder distance apart. Keep your arms bent with your elbows by your side. If you lock your arms (as I often do), I think you’ll work your lower body muscles more. I try to do at least 10 good hard thrusts in that position, then sit back on my hips to rest. Then do another couple of sets. Rocking slowly back and forth works equally as well.

It’s much more fun than a gym workout, includes both cardio and strengthening/toning, and you get to do it naked!
