I discovered a couple of things last night. #1 – My abs are in terrible shape. #2 – I can work them out fucking Maestro.

Here’s how I came to this realization. I was on my back, and he was driving his cock into my pussy so hard my head slowly got pushed to the side of the bed. We have a fantastic view from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom, so at first I was able to tip my head back and see the stars and suburban city lights, but with my head still fully supported on the bed. “I was wondering how long you’d be able to hold out,” he laughed.

“Well, I gave it a good try, but I guess I need to go back to Pilates classes,” I admitted.

So thanks to Maestro, my abdominal workout concludes with a nice little cum. The workout is simple – when you’re on your back, make sure your head is off the bed (or couch or … you get it). Clench your abs to prevent your head from tipping back, and make sure you can always look your partner in the eyes. Do a few sets, hold as long as possible, and fuck your way into better shape!
