Multiple food-gasms

Multiple food-gasms

Maestro went into overdrive titillating my taste buds last week. I don’t see him as much as I used to given our new roommate situation, but when he was here last week he was giving me multiple food-gasms. He created updated versions of three of my favourite Maestro classics: homemade pizza, pulled pork, and chicken wraps.

Let’s start with the pizza. He started by adding a few spices to give the crust a nice savory flavour. But then the toppings … oh the toppings. One pizza was BBQ chicken, feta cheese, arugula, orange peppers, hot & spicy pickled peppers and the other was pepperoni, onions, and olives. And both topped with a mix of mozza and aged cheddar cheese. Maestro, Debra and I devoured two large pizzas. I think Debra and I were having food-gasms from the smell alone, even before the first mouthful. I swear, hot & spicy pickled pepper pizza (now say that three times fast!) is a game changer. I think I dreamed about them that night. We finished that meal off with chocolate cheesecake and an energetic threesome (lots of hot Debra stories cumming soon), which burned off a bit of the pizza.

Thursday’s meal was pulled pork wraps. Maestro always makes great pulled pork, but he changed up the spice rub and sauce. I can’t tell you all the ingredients, but it was spicy, rich and savory and included lots of soy sauce. Debra assumed the important role of quality meat control at every step. I was oblivious to the sauce dribbling down my face and hands after I inhaled it. My contribution was a quinoa salad that made me feel slightly healthy. Thankfully it was a big pig so we’ve got lots of leftovers.

The week ended with a Sunday leftover-ish kind of meal of chicken wraps. We had chicken, fresh pineapple, leftover rice, onions and green and jalapeno peppers. And with Maestro’s creativity and a bit of balsamic vinegar and hot sauce, he created another wrapturous moment. It was also another example of how we collaborate in the kitchen. I list out ingredients, chop vegetables and he conjures up delicious recipes. I take notes for his cookbook (oh yes, it’s all about Maestro’s holistic cooking!) … and eat. Wipe food off body parts. And cum. Best consumed while watching Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and having a post-meal threesome couch cuddle and Limoncello dark chocolate.
